Our Initial Estate Planning Consultation at the Law Office of Hyatt & Hanington is designed to give you the opportunity to find out about our firm, our approach to estate planning, and to help you decide if our services fit your needs and objectives. It is also designed to give you all of the information you need in order to determine what planning is right for you and your family.
Most Initial Estate Planning Consultations at the Law Office of Hyatt & Hanington take approximately 1 hour, although we will always allow enough time to answer any of your questions. Usually, at the conclusion of the Initial Estate Planning Consultation, we will give you a recommended course of action, as well as a number of alternatives, and their corresponding fees. It is up to you to decide how you want to proceed with the planning. There is no obligation and no fee for the Initial Estate Planning Consultation.
Once you have made arrangements for your complimentary consultation, we will provide you with an Estate Planning Information Form to complete and return prior to your scheduled consultation. This will help ensure that you come to the meeting well prepared so we can make the best use of your time and ours.
